Use of Our Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site or interfere with its normal operation.
Text Messaging Program
By opting in to our text messaging program, you agree to receive recurring marketing text messages (such as offers and updates) from BTT Bridgewater at the phone number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Programs and Memberships
Details regarding classes, memberships, pricing, and schedules are subject to change. Any deposits or membership terms will be described at the point of sign-up and governed by the agreement you enter into at that time.
Foundations Course Terms
The Foundations Course is a six-week beginner program at Brazilian Top Team Bridgewater (BTT Studio LLC). $299 per adult student and $249 per kids student, uniform included. $99 is charged at purchase; the remaining balance ($200 adults, $150 kids) is charged automatically to the same payment method within the seven days before your start date.
The $99 deposit is refundable until seven days before the start date. After that, it may be transferred once to the next Foundations group but is not refundable. The remaining balance is not refundable once charged, except as required by law.
When you complete the course, your membership begins automatically as a month-to-month membership at the standard rate for your program, billed to the same payment method starting the first Monday after the course ends. You may cancel before the course ends at no charge by emailing info@bttbridgewater.com. After your first membership charge, cancellation requires 30 days' written notice.
Every student must sign a Participation Agreement before their first class.

Minors
Students under 18 must be enrolled by a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms and signs the Participation Agreement on the student's behalf.
Intellectual Property
All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, and the Brazilian Top Team and BTT Bridgewater marks, is the property of their respective owners and may not be used without permission.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BTT Bridgewater is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site. Participation in physical training activities carries inherent risks, which are addressed separately in any waiver or membership agreement you sign.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Plymouth County, Massachusetts.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
